The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this platform acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data collected include information relating to access, such as IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, as well as other parameters regarding the computer environment used by users. Such data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this policy.

4. Purposes, legal basis and methods of processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes that fall within the services provided by BE CAUSE SICAF S.p.A. and CDC Consulting SRL or for the fulfillments required by law or regulation. Within the scope of these purposes, the processing may involve data necessary for the management of relations with BE CAUSE SICAF S.p.A. and CDC Consulting SRL including data provided at the time of registration or use of online services.

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

The personal data collected will be processed according to what is sanctioned in this information with the use of the technical-organizational measures sanctioned by our integrated management system according to the organizational model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and are processed in the following locations:

5. Recipients

The data will be processed for the exclusive use of BE CAUSE SICAF S.p.A. and CDC Consulting SRL by internal subjects and may be brought to the attention of other external subjects operating in the capacity of persons in charge of the management or maintenance of electronic instruments or other external subjects where the communication is required by law or regulation or is necessary for the performance of institutional tasks and purposes.

6. Retention period

Personal data collected and processed in accordance with this Notice will be retained by the data controllers for the period necessary for the provision of the service and in any case for the time necessary for the performance of any obligations required by law or regulation.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request from the data controllers access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR). The appropriate request may be submitted either the data controllers or to the Data Protection Officer designated by him/her at the contact details indicated herein.

8. Provision of data

The User is free to provide personal data, and failure to provide any data that may be compulsorily requested will result in the impossibility of obtaining the service. Additional personal data may be provided on a voluntary basis by the User through requests sent to BE CAUSE SICAF S.p.A. and CDC Consulting SRL based on the forms used by the platform or to the e-mail address listed on the website.
